Yes, our manufacturing partners are able to produce samples from sketches, drawings, photos, or your samples. Turnaround time for sample production depends on the product and its complexity. Typically, we are able to deliver samples in 2-4 weeks.


Can you help me develop and produce a new product?

Yes, we will work closely with you during the design phase to develop a product that maximizes cost efficiency and quality. Our network of product designers can create samples from concepts and sketches.

What is the average time to get a quote?

Response time depends on the complexity and specifications of the product but typically range 2-3 days.

What do you need to provide us with a quote?

Detailed specifications/drawings and samples are necessary for us to provide a quote. It is also helpful if you provide us with your annual volume and lot sizes, target price, and present product price. Additionally, please let us know the estimated award date and any manufacturing concerns you may have.

What is the average shipping time?

Average shipping time is typically 30 days by sea freight, depending on the destination. Air-freight can also be used for expedited items.


Is there a minimum volume for an order?

Yes, our factory has minimum volume requirements that vary by product.

Are there any product guarantees?

All products go through an inspection process and must pass quality inspection before shipping. You are also invited to retain a 3rd party inspection agency to issue a quality certificate. In the event of defects, we will work closely with you to resolve any quality issues with our manufacturer.

What are your payment terms?

A letter of credit may be required for new customers and high volume orders. However, terms may be reviewed once a relationship has been established.

What are the costs associated with importing?

In addition to the cost of the product, importing costs include customs duty/broker fees, inland freight fees, document destination charges, unloading fees, and bond fees. If desired, we can help you calculate these costs or you can contact a freight forwarder and customs broker for assistance.
